The hotel location next to Dover Priory train station was super convenient. Self check-in using a PIN was easy, and the communication about access codes was clear. My room was clean and had all the essentials, including a kettle and mini fridge, which I appreciated. The shared kitchen area looked functional and tidy, and I loved the view of the back garden from my room. The room size was a bit cramped and lacked storage space were great. The mattress needed improvement-too thin for comfort. Checkout time felt too early at 10:00 am, and I encountered some noise from the street, which disrupted my sleep a bit. A solid stay but some areas definitely need attention.

Everything was simply very good. Our stay here was very good, fabulous base for exploring Dover. Besides, the location was marvellous for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Dover Beach. The hotel was set in a domestic area. In overall the room was neat and with a nice view, flatscreen TV, for instance.

The shared kitchen was a nice touch and well kept, allowing me to whip up some meals . Room 1 was surprisingly spacious for a guest house, with a mini fridge and tea making facilities.
The room sizes varied quite a bit, and while Room 1 was decent, I overheard complaints about the cramped conditions in other rooms, especially with tiny bathrooms that felt a bit dated. Parking was a hassle, with only one spot available for multiple hotels, and you'll need to scout for street parking if that's full, which can be inconvenient. You may also want to pack light since luggage storage is limited and involves additional fees for lockers.
